Collection costs

The collection letter I received contains a mistake. How can I file a complaint?

If you have received a payment reminder or demand for payment from us by mistake or if you disagree with your creditor on the collectability of the debt, you should submit a complaint asap. It is always a good idea to submit a complaint in writing so as to specify all noteworthy matters and to ensure the said matters will also be taken into account in any subsequent handling. Please list all relevant information, providing as much detail as possible, as well as your own views on the matter. Please remember to quote your customer number, which you can find in our letter.

Please note that we must receive the complaint at the latest by the due date of the letter sent by us. You can submit a written complaint by mail or email.
