Collection costs

I have received a collection letter from OK Perintä. What should I do?

A payment reminder or payment demand is nothing to be alarmed or embarrassed about; solutions can certainly be found through discussion. Here at OK Perintä, we are just ordinary people and we want to help you settle your debt as quickly as possible.  The easiest way to handle the matter is to pay the debt in our My OK Online service. If you are unable to pay the debt immediately, you can also propose a new date of payment or divide the debt into smaller instalments in the My OK service.
