Will a payment default entry be removed when I have paid the debt in full?

A payment default entry is not removed automatically, even if you pay off the whole debt. You may, however, make a request to the company that administrates the credit information to delete the information regarding the debt that has been paid in full. Please note, that a reliable explanation of the payment must be included. After receiving your request, the company that administrates the credit information must delete the credit information requested within 30 days. You may also request the debt collection company or the Enforcement Authority to do it for you.

If the credit information for the paid debt for some reason hasn’t been deleted within 2 months, please contact our customer service to resolve the matter.
