Agree payment agreements with us

Our most important task is to find the most suitable way for you to pay your bill and thus help avoid a possible payment default entry from arising. That’s why we will always offer, where appropriate, as flexible and as individual solutions as possible for managing payments.

1) More time by moving the due date

Have you received an invoice whose due date does not suit your situation? No problem, because the due date can be moved in most cases to a later date, when this is agreed between us. Contact us if you would like to discuss moving the due date, or you may propose a new due date easily in our My OK Online service.

2) A payment plan brings more flexibility

We understand that it is not always possible to pay all at once an invoice we send you. By agreeing a payment plan with us, you can pay the bill conveniently in instalments. Any payment plan must always be made before the due date of the original invoice, and the number of the instalments will vary slightly, depending on the total amount.

HOW IS A PAYMENT PLAN PREPAIRED?

The easiest way to prepare a payment plan is to do so online in our My OK service. If you wish to discuss this in person, we will gladly assist you.

WHAT DOES THE PREPARATION OF A PAYMENT PLAN COST?

The cost of a payment plan is €20-50, depending on the total amount and the number of instalments. Please also take into account that costs and interest on arrears, which is calculated until the debt is completely paid, will increase the debt balance and influence the number of instalments or the size of the instalments. In practice, therefore, costs and interest will remain smaller the more quickly the whole amount is paid off.

Principal Payment plan fee
Up to 100 €
(or max 4 instalments)
20 €

Over 100€ - up to 1000 €
(and more than 4 instalments)

30 €
Over 1000 €
(and more than 4 instalments)
50 €

Please note! The costs of a payment plan for a directly enforceable receivable is always €20, irrespective of the size of the principal.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PAYMENT PLAN IS NOT ADHERED TO?

If you have agreed a payment plan with us, it is important that you pay the instalments as agreed. Otherwise, we will be compelled to demand payment of the whole amount all at once.

It is important, therefore, that you contact us if it looks like you will not be able, for some reason, to adhere to your payment plan. Then we can consider together how to proceed in the matter. Our contact information can be found here.
